Very Very Very Bad Experience. 1st and foremost Behaviour of the Owner was very very rude and unprofessional He always tries to create some pretext to increase your Bill. Rooms are very clumsy hardly any space to move. The restaurant is not always open and you have to depend on other restaurants for food especially Hotel Santiniketan. Room rates are higher as compared to other nearby hotels and rate becomes higher automatically if you speak with them in Bengali.

Hotel is at great location, room no. 13 was best for views and sunlight, staff was friendly and was giving free parking of 2 wheelers for a night. Definitely, it will be a great choice for budget travelers if you bargain, and you want low budget good location hotel. Food was decent according to tourist point. Bargain as much you can for everything, in manali

Rate was too high 2.8k per room. Room cleaning was not upto the mark. Food quality was very good.

Its a good restaurant. Food isn't bad feels like homely . But i'd suggest to lookaround as there is other bengali restaurants too.
