Outstanding services. Owners guide their customers well in case of emergencies. Karam Bharadwaj was able to help us in tough conditions. Food is amazing along with good views in the rooms. Overall we had an amazing experience here!!! Recommending everyone.

The worst hotel stay of my life. The hospitality management is 0. Not a single staff have the basic knowledge of how to treat guests. Hairs all over bed and in room. Trash all over in room and they are not ready to clean it on the time of check-in. Be safe and avoid stay here to maintain your dignity as a guest.

Amazing experience of staying in this hotel. Karam Bharadwaj from the staff was very humble and polite. Orange alert was issued when we stayed here. Hotel staff has guided us in the best way to reach Delhi. Breakfast and dinner was top notch keeping in mind people from every region I would suggest everyone to choose this hotel when visiting delhi

Plaese don’t go this place with family very unsafe for family …ghatiya hotel hai plaese don’t go fake reviews hai not supporting staff he always ready to fight ..agar apni trip kharab nahi karni to yaha mat jana ..BAD STAFF BAD FOOD BAD EXPIRINCE OF MY LIFE ..HOTEL MANEGMENT OR hospitalty kya hoti hai inko nahi pata ..PLAESE BOOK YOUR HOTEL IN CITY AVOID THIS TYPE HOTEL ..STAY HAPPY AND STAY SAFE 😊
