Manali Heights

Stayed with family in January 2025 in a Suite room which was very well maintained with mountain view and enjoyed the live snowfall. The food is good and the staff is also ready to help you to serve your choice of dish. Great people, Great property, Great location. The backyard is awesome with snow covered grass, tables, chairs and swings. Keep it up !

The Wi fi is terrible!!!! The infrastructure is old and bed sheets were dusty. The door to the terrace is not insulated. No tissue in the toilet, we have to ask. What’s in the picture, what they advertise is not what it actually is! I am extremely disappointed by the standard of this hotel. The staffs are nice so far though.

I really appreciate the team, before I check in hotel the heater was on and next day I was late to hotel at night even though the staff waited for me and my daughter and served the food. I am really very happy about the staff, food etc over all it’s too good. Thank you ☺️

Amazing place to stay. Clean & big rooms. Great food & Service. Loved the mutton Rogan Josh. They upgraded our room to luxury room without asking. Loved their hospitality.

One of the best place to stay in manali .. Superb hospitality ,location and most importantly food.. Highly recommend to opt for buffet breakfast … Employees are very friendly and help you with everything.. special mention - thanks to Pawan ji who made our trip rememberable … will surely visit again

It was a wonderful stay and amazing hospitality and the staff were very polite and they took very good care of our stay. Food was amazing. Overall it is a must stay place in manali.
