Hotel Mahajan

Everything is good but Very Irresponsible Management. If you call the provided number or drop a WhatsApp message to them, No one bothers to respond to you back .. Really bad about the very new hotel in Manali's hospitality world. I think the owner has built it only for self investment purposes & not for tourists .. 😜😂😜😂😜 Wired ...right ..? You try your luck.👍

They sold you whole package of around 7k for three days 2 night and promise you to take you to the all possible palaces but after payment you can clearly see the shift in there behaviour so rude and unpolite Local tour driver was so so rude he denied the desired location at last minute and badmouthed us this hotel tour driver was totally pathetic person don't go there

Worst hotel experience ever... We left the hotel and returned before checkout time, arriving much earlier than our actual checkout time, but they said there were no rooms available. The hotel was empty until yesterday morning and before our checkout, but now they don't have a single room available! Seriously? You had taken the payment for those two rooms for two days until 8 pm, and there were no rooms available at 5 pm? The owner pretends to be nice until you buy any package and shows his true colors later afterwards, Such a shameless liar. The workers were kind but helpless. The driver ran away putting our bags in front of the hotel without informing us. There are way better hotels available in Manali, I don't recommend this one to anyone.

Overall experience was fine. The reception guy is way too rude and unwelcoming. He just acts friendly at start and post paying the charges he shown his true colors. Majority guests were not happy with him. Also the dining area was on the roof with no shed so it is really tough in rainy or cold seasons. Instead of this Hotel I would suggest Hotel DLS which is right in front.

I really had an amazing stay at hotel mahajan....the staff the location the food and their hospitality was really great. They try to make every possible effort to make your trip memorable...specially Mr. Govind and Mr. Sunil , they were very kind and provided us a very very comfortable stay and made sure that every requirement or help we wanted ....they could provide us with their efficiency. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my beloved ones.

The hotel falls short in terms of room maintenance, with worn-out furniture, stained carpets, and outdated decor. The cleanliness of the rooms is below average, with noticeable dust and grime. The amenities promised are not well-maintained or functional. The staff's response to complaints is slow and often ineffective. On the positive side, the location is convenient and the rates are relatively affordable. However, the overall experience is marred by the lack of proper room upkeep and subpar customer service. Improvement in room maintenance and staff responsiveness is crucial for a more satisfactory stay.
