Hotel staff was very rude , food was not so good.

Honour raj thakur and his wife hema are very froud persons.. Staff's are very rude. They are very thagi persons. Service is very poor. If you go there, you have to compromise with the services. They are totally fraud. They have many UPI IDs with different names. Two stars only for location.

The staff was very rude. Very bad hospitality. Breakfast was very bad. Don't go with package to this hotel. Their men say many things to show in package but they won't even show all. Very wrost experience. Don't stay again here

Fraud service, We travelled from delhi to manali. On the bus we got the package. In package we were offered 2 night and 3 day, buffet breakfast and dinner, free cab service, but the break we recived was worst bred toast every day burnt, bred omelet on 3rd day, we didn't complaint about the food but at the time of vacating extra charge for breakfast 800 for one person was added, charge for cab service was added, they added extra charges for what they already offered, they tried to trick us but we reacted to that on the spot.

We booked the hotel package from delhi.The hotel wad better than what we were told.very nice staff. Very good location. We are totally satisfied.we will stay there again.

We had taken the hotel package from Delhi.had a great time. Been right out of the package. Very nice .hotel feel great. Good service. Very nice people . we enjoy alot. We are setisfied

A really nice hotel green valley.staff behaviour are very good. Rooms are neat and clean . Yummy food.we will becoming Bach to stay again.
