The room I got was pathetic. The food they serve is buffet and is really good, the staff is friendly, provide good hospitality. But the rooms.... The one I got had no views out the window, it was dimly lit. The room wasn't ready when we came, we were 3 people and had to tell them to provide what was missing, like pillows and towels. And it was very cozy like forced to fit everything in.

Poor food and water quality. I was asked to drink water from washroom gyser as its hot and boiled. Toilets were not clean. Bathing, drinking water was so unhygenic it had white foam layer on it. No room service available. Food was nothing less than mess food. I also had a glance in their kitchen which was terribly unhygenic.

The location of the hotel is very good...U can enjoy the actual view of the mountains right from your room balcony..Their service was also good..And behaviour of the owner Suraj bhai was very friendly and polite..

Excellent service. Chaman Thakur hospitality was really really impressive. I must recommend this hotel for an awesome stay at Manali at a reasonable price!

I have go Manali with my friends we enjoy a lot in this hotel .location is very good near club house and Beas river .Mr Anurag MD of this hotel is very nice person.
