Hotel Neelgiri Manali ( Manali Diaries )

This is my second time staying at this place and I would go back here next time in Manali as well. Lovely location in my favourite old Manali , with the old Manali bridge and river right opposite. The staff is helpful and the host Mr. Goldy is very welcoming and does his best to make the stay comfortable. This time I happened to have food from their cafe and I loved it too. Thank you for the hospitality 🙌🙏

Stay here if you want worst customer experience. When we checked in the room was given to us at 1:30pm but for check out the staff came to the room 10 minutes before 11 to wanted us to vacate immediately saying you are awake so can move out. There was a drunkard from outside kicking and punching the door at 2:30 am and there was no hotel staff. They take hours to just give drinking water. You have to constantly remind them. Two of the rooms in my floor not cleaned even after one hour from vacating the room

We really enjoyed our weekend...they provide you a comfort stay with all travel guidance and they also have a beautiful cafe where you can chill and they also have their own bike rental!

It was a good experince staying here last vaccation, river view and calm place. The staff is really caring and supporting. Can get rented bike from here, which helped me exploring manali. Planning to visit again this winter with family

Food quality is really good and fresh! In morning you will get a beautiful sun rise from the forest and you will get bike on the rent! Special thanks to all the staff!

There are two things you will find extremely pleasant in this property - 1. The river view, 2. Goldy bhaiya at the reception! He is a warm and kind man who helped us last minute and even let us rest for a while after we checked out because our bus wasn’t for the next few hours. The hospitality is amazing, the rooms are great, the comfort too is amazing. Note: For the best views, get a room on the top floor.
