I found the property through the makemytrip and booking experience was smooth also. 1. Initially found the bedsheets and towel dirty, when asked to change they did that without any hesitation. 2. i stayed for 3 days and during that period room service was good. 3. they have their own kitchen to fulfil the need of food for the guest, found the test good. Though the tests scale of coffee were fluctuating 😋 4. other than that, property is little bit far from the mall road. if you want to avoid the hassle and bustle then you can choose this peppery. 5. didn’t found any point to hang the clothes, they have a closet though. 6. if you can't tolerate the cold and look for a room heater then you wouldn’t found it. personal rattling: 4/5 recommended: yes

Don’t try this location as this is located in a very small alley and you would require to trek all the up with your luggage . People also seemed to be a bit flimsy on commitments which they made . Very average rooms. Rooms have absolutely no ventilation.

Certainly one of the best places to stay in Manali with the prime location and the best food at a pocket friendly reasonable price which I expect them to keep up as their USP. Everything is at a walking distance as this being at a centre point from Mall Road and Hadimba Temple. Perfect distance which is a pleasure to walk too. They also serve great tasty food across all cuisines that they serve. Last but not the least, their beautiful Staff Members who were simply wonderful and made our trip a delight. Certainly recommended and look forward to another visit next year.

It's the most affordable hotel around the mall road. Excellent service and very polite hospitality! We loved our stay!

It is a very nice resort. It was absolutely clean and neat. The view from the room was very nice and the room service was also good.near abot mall Road link ....

Its not like a 5star hotel but its not bad either. People who like small houses will really like it. They have 2 sections, one which is build like cottage, another properly like hotels. We stayed in room 115, 116 which are little like cottage. Rooms were little small, but cute, neat and clean. Room service was amazing. Staff was very co-operative, nice and soft spoken. View from the hotel was nice. Hotel is little far from the mall road but its manageable to walk down. People with old age or who cnnt walk that much can always take an auto. Rest, food was ok. We didn't order main course but tried snacks like veg cutlets, noodles etc which was just fine. (though getting quality food in manali is challenge) Overall hotel experience was nice 😊

best hotel in manali walking distance from mall road and very supportive staff as well i seriously thank mr sunil chandel ji for totally cooperating with us he made sure we get the best rooms they were big enough and all the services including breakfast and dinner were absolutely faboulous. had the best time of my life there during our manali trip i would highly reccommend this hotel to all those considering to go to manali
