Hotel Dream River by ARH Hotels

I booked a room offline for a 3-day stay. On the first night around 10:30 PM, they called and asked us to check out in the morning because they had another booking. They showed no remorse and left us helpless. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Reply to Owner Response: Impressive how quickly you crafted a clever response. If customer feedback truly matters, perhaps focus more on enhancing your service and ensuring booking clarity, rather than trying to cover up with misleading replies.

Nestled along the tranquil banks of the river, Dream River offers a sublime escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. From the elegantly appointed rooms to the impeccable service, every aspect of my stay surpassed expectations. Waking up to the gentle murmur of the river and enjoying breakfast on the waterfront terrace was an experience I won't soon forget. Highly recommend for a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.

Nice hotel, but very lazy staff. We arrived without a reservation and were denied a room, but when we booked through Booking, rooms immediately appeared. The room is relatively clean, bed linen too. The only accessories are a towel and soap. There was no water or toilet paper. Everything else is good

Rooms were very tidy and unhygienic and stinky the view provided by the the staff was very worst from where the cannals were seen.The behaviour from the staff was very unfriendly also the toilets were very unclean the bugs were seen on the bedsheets.The bedsheets were torn and the manager didn’t even took actions against it. Also the food was in less quantity and quality. The manager didn’t even have basic salads ingredients which are staple diet in most of the homes of india.This type of behaviour cannot be accepted and expected.

Hlo i am providing some information about this hotel so plz read this one time before booking this hotel. So i spent 3 nights in this hotel but there are so many problems about staff and rooms.They did not resolve problem about the cleanliness and they do not provide water in the rooms.Mr sohan and her staff is so rude and no proper answer would be given.No food services provided even we were paying the charges.After 11PM you would not able to walk or go outside the hotel for fun and enjoying.This hotel can spoil your mood

Had a best stay in manali at Hotel dream river. The view from room was just amazing. Unlimited Breakfast and dinner was also Perfect. Please go and visit.

The rooms provided by the staff were very unclean ande unhygienic.The behavior of the staff manager Mr sohan was very rude and unfriendly they were using harsh language against women also the food in the hotel was lacking. I recommend not go

Been at this property for more than 4 days, it’s in old Manali very near by to the main market and surrounded by good cafés, very good scenic river and Mountain View from the balcony and the room.. Mr Sohan the caretaker has good knowledge about the nearby places and he gives you precise plan with cautions…
