OYO 46828 Hotel Devidyar

We got the Hotel at a cheap rate of 2516 for 2 nights for 2 rooms from Booking.com. I confirmed the booking with Hotel Manager on same day and he said it is confirmed from our side. I booked on 15th Dec 2020. Check in date was 27th Dec 2020. On 26th Night while I was on way to Manali, I messaged the manager that we are arriving tomorrow for check-in. To my surprise, the manager said there are no vacant rooms and told me to book another hotel. He didn't even pick up my call. And its not possible to book another hotel at such rate on short notice. Next morning, we called up the manager and told him we are coming as we have a confirmed booking and its his duty to arrange us the rooms. Then he said prices will be higher. Then it was quite clear that he wanted to jack up the room price and that's why he was doing nautanki in giving us the rooms. So when finally we arrived at the hotel, both the rooms have dirty bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets had tea stain. Room floor was filled in dirt. We told them to replace everything till we come back in the evening. Cleaning of floor was still not done properly when we came back tired. They had no staff. Only one kitchen guy was taking care of rooms like replacing blankets and sheets etc. My advice is to never book this hotel again.

Not a great place to be...bad quality rooms..bathrooms are dirty..u may encounter rats in the rooms as well.Its very near to hidimba mandir but far away from mall road..

Good place to stay with your family. It's in proximity of hadimba temple. It has Good options.

Room was ok ok but staff was very friendly.. And most of the needed things are nearby..

Very bad experience with this hotel, there washroom was very dirty, geyser was not working, switch boards were damaged.

Bad Hotel There are wrist rooms like khandar There no cleanliness all the rooms very old and bad are very old which lying cockroach and lizards
