GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! The location was awesome. The staff including the owner, his assistant and the Hotel staff are very polite and professional...specially the CHEF...There was no electricity in whole area due to Landslide, but still hotel Staff didn't make me feel bad about the situation. All request of mine were taken care of during that period also. THAT'S COMMENDABLE... I recommend all to visit/stay at this property when you coke to Manali..@ 5star service

We recently visited the place and had an amazing experience. The behaviour of whole staff is very friendly. Excellent room service with spacious and well managed rooms. Location of the property is approachable on foot from mall road. Serene views of mountains are seen from room's balcony. I highly recommend this property for a blend of comfort and natural beauty. This place is gem and worth every moment spent there!

Worst trip stay so far. Location was in the outside of narrow lanes and property does not look like what it shows on google as the rooms and property looks like old home. The worst part was the service and the owner of the hotel. The staff was incompetent in their job as we have asked for water 5 times and waited for 2 hours and still did not received it and when we went on the reception to complain then the owner said please give them the water. We have stayed 2 days there in the hotel and have seen multiple fights of customers with the owner. He was rude and did not have manners how to talk to people when they check out. We have ordered food and the staff brings the food in 2 or 3 hours. Taste was below average and prices were high. Please refrain yourself from visiting this property and ruining your stay and trip.

Hotel location is very good, spacious parking. Enjoyed snowfall with a nice view. Very good and memorable stay. Recommended for comfortable and family stay. Staff was very cooperative and went out of the way to help customers.
