Preet is very kind and polite. She handles us very nicely.She is very good by nature too. We are so glad to meet her. Even the hospitality is good and the staff cooperated us in every manner. Hotel is neat and clean. The view of Manali is seen from this hotel.

This hotel is not safe for tourist. We have been attacked by the hotel management and local people for complaining of bad food served by the hotel. One of my group member was injured badly and blood came from hand. A hotel staff was drunk and he took a brick and throws on my group member. He was also badly injured below eyes. It's my suggestion to all please never try to stay at this hotel.

Pathetic services with bad food quality, I would not recommend this to anyone, our stay was ruined by them. 1. No toiletries 2. No Water Bottles 3. On candle light dinner, they serve food in the room with two white candles. 4. No WiFi 5. TV wasn't working 6. No Telecom 7. Buffet wasn't a buffet, only two options were given by them.
