ABSOLUTELY AVOID I am writing this review to warn every single traveler about a truly abhorrent and fraudulent experience I had when attempting to book this accommodation . What transpired was not merely a bad hotel stay, but a calculated act of deception and outright theft orchestrated by the supposed "manager" of Premium Villa Manali . On 12th June , I arrived in Manali with my OYO booking confirmation in hand, eager to check into the hotel . The address provided by the manager and my confirmation was completely and utterly false. After spending 2 hours frantically searching, walking around the designated location, and even asking bewildered locals, it became undeniably clear: there was no hotel at that address. It was a residential area, a vacant lot, or a completely unrelated business – anything but a hotel. My immediate reaction was to contact the "hotel manager" whose number was provided by OYO on the booking confirmation, I started calling and continued to dial incessantly for the next 2 hours. Each call went unanswered. Not once did a human voice respond. The calls either rang out endlessly, went straight to voicemail, or were deliberately cut off. It was clear I was being actively ignored. The situation was dire. I was stranded in an unfamiliar city, late at night/mid-day, with no accommodation and no way to contact the supposed "hotel." I had to scramble to find alternative lodging at the last minute, incurring additional, unexpected expenses that were a direct result of this fraudulent OYO listing. The nightmare didn't end there , I immediately contacted OYO customer service to report this egregious scam and demand a full refund. To my absolute horror, the "manager" of this non-existent hotel, despite never having answered my calls, marked me as a no-show and refused to process a refund! He was rude , disrespectful and even ABUSED ME . This is not a mistake; this is a deliberate act of fraud. They took my money for a service they never provided and a hotel that doesn't even exist, then actively prevented me from getting my hard-earned money back. The sheer audacity of this "manager" and the glaring complicity of OYO for listing such a fraudulent property are beyond words. This wasn't a case of a dirty room or a late check-in; this was a complete fabrication, a ghost hotel, and a clear attempt to steal money from unsuspecting travelers. I was scammed, left stranded, and then robbed of my money. To anyone considering booking this property , I implore you to exercise extreme caution. Beware

FRAUDSTERS….. big time fraudsters, BEWARE of them, all the reviews are fake. They put pictures of some other hotel…. They don’t have any hotel on this address. A big nexus is there to rob people’s hard earned money…. They do scam with the help of OYO. They take booking online. after getting payment, nobody pic the phone… and you cannot find the property by this name on the given location… Finally they cancel your booking and grab the booking amount.. They made me victim of this scam on the night of 22 June,2025. I booked 2 rooms for my family, after reaching the given location by OYO, no property of this name was there. 4/5 locals helped me a lot to find the same property, but all in vain. When I asked OYO customer care, they gave me hotel manager number but he didn’t pick the phone. After some time they told me that your booking is cancelled. After 2/3 hours I called on the same number of hotel manager from my other, the things are astonished me, he told me that he is talking from Khanpur, Delhi. They don’t have hotel. They only maintain website and ads on different portals. So, beware of these fraudsters and save your money from these fraudsters.
