Hotel was good, rooms were also clean and spacious, but service was something they need to improve. Most of the time they denied whatever we ask, even no one was there for check-in and check-out, we waited every time. We got our rooms on top floor (4th floor) and no lift, only stairs and still no one was there to help with luggage. So they seriously need to improve staff

Depends on what type of experience you have had in himachal. There are much much better places with better views and locations nearby. Just getting to have look at far away mountains from a window doesn't mean you are having the best view. And such an average location for a club Mahindra hotel. It's a no-no. Also, the road leading up to the hotel is a risky one at the end part. Driving a Scooter 🛵 or a new rider may find it difficult to get by. Please be careful.

Our 3 night booking for 4 rooms here was super deluxe but they provide us deluxe rooms at same rate..which conditions r so dirty smelly... this is 3 star hotel only for name.. actual its 1 star feeling like lodge.. water heater not working, no lift here. Not kettle for hot water, nothing any amenities provide except soap of Rs 5... overall bad horrible experience.. brekfast timing so late.

Staying date: 19-21 May, 2023 Food quality should be improved. There is no option of food for package person. Only one vegetable, dal, rice and chapati. Breakfast: No option in menu. Repeated menu. No separate basin for dining hall. No separate waste plates counter. My opinion: Brotherhood should improve in food zone.

One of the worst hotel i have ever visited.. room service gives only excuses like staff kam tha that is why bedsheet change ni karaya.. sleepers guest utha le gaye hain.. n foood.. pathetic.. cant even eat a single chapati.. tastelesss.. unhygienic.. dont visit that type of hotel..

Worst experience ever had.. Walls were dumped.. Wall paint was making our cloth painted... View was not that great...we were there for 3 night.. But no such good facilities.. No room cleaning for 3 day straight..There intercom telephone was not working, for each work we have to visit ground floor. No good facility for drivers also... Food was not that good for which we paid for.. Staff was not cooperative they leave our luggage on the lane like no one cares about it..

We stayed here for 1 day 2 nights. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. Food also was delicious. The staff was very polite and the service was very good. Would surely recommend this place for stay.

They don't have generators. Frequent power cuts and we weren't able to take bath. Towel, soap, bath slipper weren't provided. No room cleaning service. TV wasn't working, tata sky wasn't recharged. Breakfast provided was hard and cold one day. After complaining, the next day the breakfast was better. Toilet seat was broken and no railing for hanging towels. The room was having just one charging point. Wifi doesn't connect in the room
