Excellent hotel and good experience for me this is my 6th time to visit in Manali that was amazing. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Food was delicious and with many choices.The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great and the view from the balcony was also very beautiful. I would recommend to friends and my family

Such a great hotel with great people and food, really enjoyed, big rooms. Big bed. Beautiful view. Balcony and great food with nice taste. Really nice people with helping attitude. They showed us where to go and do things. So beautiful place. Budget friendly.

Stayed for 3 nights and the room that I got has the most amazing view at an unbeatable price! Service is also good. Location is also nice since there are a lot of nearby stores and small restaurants. Room for improvements would be putting a lift. My room isvom the 7th floor and it was quite a workout going up. Also being more proactive in supplying the necessities like the free water per day since I had to ask for it from the reception everytime. Overall, highly recommended.

We stayed in tripli for 2 days. It was a very good experience. Neat and clean rooms and restroom , friendly staffs. Food was also good. Highly recommended . One suggestion to have lifts, since there is no lift we found very difficult to climb four stairs

There were no other people in the entire hotel other than us. In the email and the website, they boast about having lifts but, when we were here, the lifts were broken. There was construction going on in the hotel. The terrace sitting area felt dead and dirty to say the least. Even our rooms had a putrid smell. It was infact so bad, that I had to leave the hotel. I wasted my 7k and had to book another hotel so extra 8k for that. I will never recommend anyone to come here.

The Hotel was very clean and beautiful with a stunning view of the mountains and apple trees. It’s a bit of a walk to Manali town. Service was kind but a bit slow. The room was beautiful but despite the balcony not well ventilated so it got pretty hot in the room. Overall a very pleasant stay just a bit stuffy at night

The best of the hotel is their rooms which are very nicely maintained. Spotlessly clean with good views. The staff is average, not as polite as they should be to the guests. There was no hot water in the room (only warm water). They provided hot water buckets for bathing. These need improvement. One more thing is the breakfast in the hotel was pretty good. Poha, Upma and Parathas all were good.
