The Willow Cottages

We stayed here during Diwali time. The service was very good. Pradeep was only there as it was Diwali vacation and most of the staff was travelling their hometown. He managed everything quite well. Food was good. Siddu was delicious. The only area of improvement is little bit of upkeeping of the property. It's a bit too cluttered which also affects cleanliness of the property. The location isn't great but still easily accessible from the mall road if you have your own vehicle. Being a little far from the town, it is less crowdy and less noisy. But the autorickshaw will charge 200-300 Rs for one way travel.

The stay was wonderful from start to finish. The ambiance & service were top-notch, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. The highlight, undoubtedly was the friendly staff & delicious food. Overall everything about my stay was perfect, from accommodation to the delectable meals, each aspect contributed to a memorable visit. I would highly recommend "The willow cottages" to anyone seeking a combination of cozy stay & excellent service. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. :)

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views. The on-site dining surpassed expectations, showcasing a diverse culinary experience. Really enjoyed my stay at willow cottages. You get beautiful view of snow capped mountains of Manali. Food is very tasty & good service. Host Vikas Sharma is very helpful person. Value for money.

Our stay at Willow Cottage was awesome! The staff and management were so hospitable, especially Vikas, the owner of the cottage. He was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms were lovely to stay in. Hot water and WiFi facilities were readily available which made our stay very comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to provide room service (cleaning) during the stay. This would make it even more enjoyable. Overall though, we had a fantastic time at Willow Cottage! The accommodations were great for the price we paid. It was clean, quiet, and cozy - perfect for the relaxing getaway we were looking for. I would recommend Willow Cottage to anyone looking for an enjoyable place to stay in the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, a delightful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Highly recommended for family trip as well as solo travellers , a wonderful place in the lap of nature & away from hustle bustle of city life. Great Mountain Views from room windows, very safe and secure property. Should be considered for its value for money. Food will always make you feel at home.
