Worst experience ever as a tourist I had big plans for my trip to Manali but this hotel ruins everything. Food is just so pathetic u can't even fill ur tummy. Staff is super unprofessional. They don't know even a basics of hotel services . Zero cleanliness, dusty floors and bed like it's been closed since years. They have used wet towel to us and also provided zero room service. Also they don't have hotel staff to run proper services in a hotel. There is no option for zero or negative marking otherwise I would have given that. Plz plz plz never ever go to this hotel. Don't waste ur hard earned money to this hotel ,that will ruin ur dream trip to Manali.

Rooms are good but not clean. the staff was very rude and unhelpful, making us feel like a burden rather than guests.very very bad behaviour from hotel Manager. Not suggest this hotel to stay .

It was a beautiful stay with amazing view, amazing ambience and services. The office is very friendly, attentive and quick to respond. Overall amazing spot for a cozy family vacation.

Totally cheaters They do not keep two keys of the room. They have only one key for the room. Yesterday by mistake we forgot our key inside the room and the room is auto lock. They charged me1500rs. Not supportive staff at all.

Disgusting behaviour of hotel staff, poor quality service, not co-operative at all, rude behaviour of manager. They have created illogical rules as if they are running a hostel. Not tourist friendly.

Wee are visiting with family wee all are enjoying here. Mr vijay Thakur is the best person in hotel .all the staff members are cooperative food are very tasty

Rooms are very small and dirty. Service and other facilities are not according to star rating. Not at all comfortable.
