Grand Oasis | Hotel in Manali

This was my first visit to Manali, and I stayed at Grand Oasis with my family for two days. The staff were very nice, polite, and quick to help. I really liked their service—they made sure we were comfortable even though it was snowing heavily outside. The food was great too, with both veg and non-veg options. Honestly, everything was very delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the trouble getting hot water in the bathroom.

Our sty was amazing the view from the room was to die for. Spacious rooms, clean rooms and friendly staff. The owner as well was very soft spoken. Overall a great experience, would 100% recommend this.

. I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Grand Oasis. The rooms were filthy, and the food was unhygienic. I had food poisoning the next day. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the management was poor. They also charged me extra for things I didn’t use and tried to argue about it. I would never stay here again.

Unhygienic & overpriced, do not stay here. The food was awful and clearly not prepared with any concern for hygiene, felt sick after eating it and the rooms were dirty, bedsheets had stains. The staff was rude and the management was unprofessional they also tried to change us extra for things that were already included in the package

We have stayed here from 11 to 13th October, 2024. My experience is that if you want to stay here without dinner, lunch and breakfast then u can opt this hotel which is quite impossible. I have never experienced such worst quality of food like in this hotel. In dinner they served spolied food without any nonveg item. Every time you go to take food you will find that most of the food bowls are empty and you have to wait. We have repeatedly requested to rectify such food items but no body will care about your grievance here. Service is also not good. Don't waste your money. In nearby places you can find many good hotels with much better view and obviously with fresh food atleast.

Most amazing and friendly stay at manali, with a tranquil beauty in the laps of snow covered mountains 😍😍😍. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Also when we talk about food when we are on a trip , one thing immediately pops up in our mind that whether its gonna be healthy and any digestive problem free, as we all have experienced problems regarding the same at the holidays where we aren’t the natives,,,, so guys u will be amazed by the food quality and taste😋😋. All the services regarding local taxi tour, tour to kasol, and taxi service for New Delhi and Chandigarh is also available. This stay will be your great experience ☺️ go for it and njy manali😍😍😍😍

I recently stayed at this hotel and it exceeded all expectations. The amenities were top-notch, providing a luxurious and comfortable experience. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking views of the mountains from my room – an unforgettable backdrop to a perfect stay. Five stars without a doubt!

Service was amazing specially i like man named dany, his service is very extra ordinary. I thanks to hotel staff and thanks to dany again.
