The room was good but there is not hot water whatsoever in this -3temp. Even if u call the room service 10times they won’t entertain you. cleanliness level was 0. The tap water was muddy the whole time .. lunch n dinner was tasteless with only soda in it. Over all a very very very bad … pathetic experience

Room service is the worst, mats are dusty, dirty water , there was no hot water available Food is unhygienic, staff didn't know how to behave with customers . Also didn't receive call at any cost from room. Not maintain any hygiene related to food and others. Only location is good not better but worst hotel in Manali.if any one book this hotel immediately cancel it.

The hotel service was so worst I had experience in my life .there is not any proper food water or brkfst provided by hotel.its so much of cold in this month and they don’t even have hot water for bath and drinking purpose i will suggest everyone to not to choose this for there staycation

The hotel was good. It has a cozy ambiance and the food was okay. Overall the place is affordable and worth paying for.

The maintenance is awful . The rooms aremt clean , the sheets are smelly and old . The washrooms are smelly and dirty . I just hated this place

It's an OK hotel, nothing great. Though it appears fancy from outside, its very basic inside. But ok as a budget hotel. It's location is a plus point. It's river facing & has some nice cafés & restaurants nearby.

This hotel is located 50m from the bus stand, so reaching there is not an issue. The staff and services are really good.
