The worst property I have ever had experienced in my life. Room's Door bell, Intercom and bathroom exhaust was not working. I have to go personally at reception for any requirement. The lady sitting at reception had very casual approach. She doesn't bother weather the customer is satisfied or not.|1 day day we had to leave early and told them to prepare breakfast bit early. We got shocked to see that only bread-jam sandwich served to us.|Next day while sitting for breakfast, we ordered for boiled eggs and omelette. The boy said... "2 hi ande bache hain"|I will not recommend any one for this property.

Decent rooms with nice big windows for the scenic view. The man at the reception area was rude and we had to wait for hours in their cold waiting room before we could get our room. There was a rat or something running around in the ceiling making noise in the night XD Food was okay. People who served the food were very helpful. The hotel is not centrally heated. They provide heaters at the price of 500-700. Hot water 24/7

Review of Blossom Hotel, Manali I recently stayed at Blossom Hotel in Manali, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which led to long wait times for assistance. When we finally received help, it was often unhelpful and unprofessional. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a major concern. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with dust and unwashed linens. It was disappointing to see such neglect in a place that charges premium rates. Additionally, the amenities promised were not up to standard. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the hot water supply was unreliable, which made for an uncomfortable stay. Lastly, the food was a significant letdown. The options were limited, and the quality did not meet expectations. We often found ourselves eating out instead. Behaviour of the owner was very rude they do not care about the guest they accepted our booking and given our room to another person with higher price and we have waited for the room for almost 6 hours then they suddenly came and said we do not have any rooms available now. Please ignore this hotel if you want to enjoy your vacations
