It's an OK hotel, nothing great. Though it appears fancy from outside, its very basic inside. But ok as a budget hotel. It's location is a plus point. It's river facing & has some nice cafés & restaurants nearby.

Room service is the worst, mats are dusty, water taps are loose.small insects inside the room. Food is unhygienic, staff and Manager are uneducated, didn't know how to behave with others. Also didn't receive call at any cost from room. Not maintain any hygiene related to food and others. Only location is good not better but worst hotel in Manali.if any one book this hotel immediately cancel it.

This hotel is located 50m from the bus stand, so reaching there is not an issue. The staff and services are really good.

I stayed for 2 nights with family, below is my P&C for same: Pro’s: - Location is good near Mall Road and all attractions - View is good from hotel - Location have kfc and few good joints adjust to it, specially a hotel opposite with river view and good view Cons: - cleanliness is an issue, the rooms have mat which I feel is never vacuumed so much dust in it - They don’t provide dental kit and saving kit - Washrooms were not clean - Breakfast not up to the mark - No card swipe facility which is really disappointing to see being a hotel of such big scale.

I had a family stay here in this hotel. Very unhygienic washrooms and poor service quality. Maybe wrong time to visit in peak season

Unhygienic hotel, uneducated and unprofessional staff, no services If you want to enjoy your vacation, this hotel should be avoided at any cost. Even the breakfast served was not even chewable. The staff doesn't know how to handle the customers. We tried to call the manager to complain but he declined the call ignoring us. One of the worst hotels one should go in.
