MNP Manali Mantra near Mall Road

We had a wonderful 5 days stay at Hotel Manali Mantra. The room was clean, tidy, and offered an inexplicable view of the mountains — truly breathtaking. The washroom was well-maintained and hygienic, which added to the comfort of our stay. The room service was prompt and appreciable. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff — extremely polite, humble, and welcoming. They made us feel like part of their family. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend quality time in Manali. A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The food was below average—lacked flavor and freshness, and did not meet expectations. What made things worse was the staff’s unprofessional behavior. There was a noticeable lack of training and hospitality, which really affected the overall experience. The property itself has potential, but major improvements are needed in service and food quality.

The view from the hotel is very awesome.i really like it.the service over here is too good. They understand the problem and do resolve it quickly. My all over experience is very good by the hotel .i am totally satisfied with the hotel and their staff.
