★★★★I have stayed here for 3 nights with the family, Special thanks to Mr. Balveer and his team . Staffs are good and readily available for any assistance. Location wise hotel is situated on the highway and a bit old but rooms are clean and beautiful and spacious. Food was served fresh and hot. only the suggestion to keep room amenities more in the room which was lacked. Rest all good.

NillThe service is the worst thing you will ever experience. They will cut water supply sometimes. The power is not constant. The food is worst. They will provide you heaters for 500rs forget about heat,it will act as a perfect cooler. The staff is very bad in manners.I want to give negative stars but all have is 1 star to give least. please don't visit this hotel. would recommend not to go. Worst hotel food gave me food poisoning worst staff rooms were not clean Hairs all over the room. extreme uncleanliness, unresponsive and rude staff, poor room quality, faulty amenities, bad food quality, a poor location, and a lack of basic services,

NillThe worst hotel you can ever stay in. No water in the taps, rats in the room, horrid hygeine, no cleanliness, no food available as per their own menu. Torn towels, dirty bedsheets....a horrific experience. We were on tour with 7 rooms booked. All faced the same experience. This hotel must have been good before but it has been sent to the dustbin with the new management.... Don't ever stay here if you value your holiday.

NillWhen it comes to bad hotel reviews, certain themes tend to pop up repeatedly. Here's a breakdown of common complaints: Common Causes of Bad Hotel Reviews: * Cleanliness: * This is a major issue. Guests often complain about dirty rooms, stained linens, and unclean bathrooms. * Concerns about pests like insects or rodents are also a frequent source of negative feedback. * Service: * Rude or unhelpful staff can quickly ruin a guest's experience. * Slow or inefficient service, such as delays in check-in or room service, is another common complaint. * Lack of responsiveness to guest requests or complaints. * Room Conditions: * Malfunctioning amenities, such as broken air conditioning, faulty Wi-Fi, or non-working televisions. * Noise complaints, whether from other guests, outside traffic, or internal hotel operations. * Outdated or poorly maintained rooms. * Amenities: * Disappointment with the quality or availability of advertised amenities, such as pools, gyms, or restaurants. * Problems with Wi-Fi connectivity, including slow speeds or unreliable service. * Booking Issues: * Overbooking, incorrect room assignments, or difficulties with reservations. * Discrepancies between advertised prices and actual charges. Key Takeaways: * Pay close attention to reviews that mention cleanliness and service, as these are often indicators of a hotel's overall quality. * Consider the context of the reviews. A single negative review may not be cause for alarm, but a pattern of similar complaints should raise red flags. * When possible, look at reviews from multiple sources. By understanding these common complaints, you can better evaluate hotel reviews and make informed decisions about your accommodations.
