zephyr hotel manali

I was here for 4 days last week and it was such an amazing experience at the zephyr hotel manali . The hotel is just beautiful , the location of the hotel is very close to the local market which is great . The service of the people is soo warm and welcoming . They will make changes and adjustments according to your comfort if required .rooms are clean and tidy .the food is very fresh and tasty . Enjoyed my stay here ♥️ highly recommend .

I was stayed 05 may to 07 May 25 .Supreme room-01.(501). 1.This pic is belong to Himalayan Queen Hotel behind Zyphr hotel. 2.There is no LIFT. 3. Hot Water available only morning time. 4. Break fast and Dinner in worst condition. 5. The manager of the hotel, who is also a leager of this hotel is never seen in two days while I was leaving I called him but he could not came up for comments ( while he in room behind the reception)and He told if you facilities then go to higher property.

I had booked this hotel 3 months before February but when I reached there they told me that the hotel was fully sold then they told me to go to another hotel instead of Zephyr I fought with them and I booked a package where the rooms were super deluxe but they gave me standard room and they requested that on the next day, they will change the room but on the very next day again they told us that it's not possible we cannot change your rooms we have booked that room for the other customers. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy, with stains on the carpets and grime in the bathroom. The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional, showing little interest in addressing my concerns. The food was equally disappointing, with bland flavours. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it failed to meet even the most basic expectations for cleanliness, service, and quality of food.

Five star service with five star hotel. The view point behind this hotel are awesome. For couples this hotel is best . The dinner lunch and breakfast are also so amazing and tasty just like homees. And the service providers are also so helpful for the tourists very nice hotel the rooms the bathrooms are cleans all the time we had a nice experience here just love this place ♥️

Everything about Zephyr hotel manali is awesome. Be it the rooms, the view from rooms, food, service everything was top notch. Our overall experience was super amazing and I can't figure out even one thing which was disappointing. The rooms were clean and interiors is also nice. All the basic amenities available. Staff is super cooperative and always ready for service with a happy face. Also, the restaurant has good ambience alongwith delicious food. Thank you Zephyr hotel for the great hospitality.

Great experience. Hotel staff were very friendly. They make Jain food for us specially.so thankfull to them. They were very well behaved and coprotive.would Love to stay here in future and will suggest this hotel to everyone. Thank you so much Anil ji ..... Good hospitality.......
