Life ka sabse ghatiya hotel. Worst behaviour of owner & staff. All appliances are not in working condition, i.e. Geyser, Hot water cattle, bathroom shower, TV (non of in working condition). They will not provide you 2nd towel, chader even in double room for 4 persons. very very poor service. Think 100 times before booking.

Location is good. Only little off the road. Excellent view from rooms. Spacious rooms with balcony. Fab hotel customer support was good. Kitchen was clean. Lalit Thakur at the property was helpful. Room service is quick Cons- TV was not working. Electric kettle was not clean. Some of the staff was telling different prices for things.

Last three days our group stayed @saurabhinn manali hotel It is situated on a gteat location. Very beautiful view from hotel. All rooms are very neat and clean Staff also good 1more imortant thing of hotel is Food Very very tasty and yummy Next year wee shall come again in hotel ❤️❤️❤️

Worst experience I have. We had booked the hotel through fab hotel site but when we reached there we were overcharged for this room. Then we booked rooms by paying more money. There was no electricity, so we told to the owner for light and he told us he was not responsible for that. Hotel room, towel, bathroom was not properly clean. Kitchen is to bad. Staff behaviour is very rude. Fab hotel customer care( tanisha madam) not supporting for that even she not answering over calls after we faced many problems.

very bad behaviour of owner my sunil he start using bad words if u ask for anything he dont know how to talk to guest it stay using abusive language with the guest and he starts threatening you if u put review i will do this and that even i have recording of all the calls that how he behave and what kind of language he use

Ghatiya hotel he manali ka sabse bad behaviour no facelity very very far and this hotel is not good highly recommend dont take room in this hotel I give this hotel 0 star for owner bad behaviour and no good facelity
