Overall staff services are good but the room and hotel needs a renovation. No power back was their they are depended on the government electricity they say Manali hotels doesn't keep power back up

Room is good .Almira is wooden ,to be modified. One dressing table require near dressing mirror . Big geyser to be replaced by small geyser because big one take long time to generate hot water because tourist don't have time to wait too long time . It is very close to Mall road . Waiter is sincere. But daily room cleaning is required by house keeping . Overall it is very good for family stay .

I had bad experience. Below is the detailed review. - We reached Hotel around 9 in the morning. - They said that rooms are all full right now and we waited till 12 noon (that's fine coz ideally we reached early and checkout time is around 12 only). - At 12 they said that there is no room available. They said one the the guest extended their stay and room was given to them (This is wrong, if we have advance booking and you have given the room to someone else just because they extended their stay is absurd) - They gave us a room in one of the adjacent hotel which is very small, TV not working, no almirah or cupboards and seems like that of those degraded houses in slums. Other details: - Breakfast was included but it's again not up the mark. - There is one restaurant only serving 3 hotels nearby. It seems like all of them belongs to single owner and they shift guests in them as they see fit as per availability (as happened in my case)

Staff behave very nice manager Harish ji very nice person. owner very nice person. All staff copretive. Room rent very reasonable.

Pathetic services. Rooms are not clean 😑 High price.but staff is well behaved.
