Hotel Snow Mountain Mall Road

Location is good. View from rooms is also good. But linen was very dirty. Hotel is quite old. No ventilation was there in washroom. Frequent electricity disruptions. If you are seeking luxury, then it is definitely not the place. Definitely not a place to spend your holiday in. Also, there was huge ambiguity in price. I booked through Agoda which was showing Rs. 585 per night. But the owner Ms Rana asked me to cancel the booking and do the booking directly through him which would save me the tax amount, but he charged me Rs. 800 per night. I FEEL CHEATED.

Perfect location for many places to cover by walk. Rooms are okay... Nothing bad to say. But don't take last floor, very cold. And price also very reasonable.

Located near Mall road and opposite of the backside of the Buddhist Monastery. The rooms are airy, a few of them are very specious. I stayed here twice during my Ladakh tour and once during my Himachal tour. The staff are generous and well-behaved, their service is pretty good. If you want to stay in a budget hotel for 1 or 2 days... You can stay here.

We had a really nice experience at Hotel Snow Mountain. The rooms were clean. Affordable price, excellent location, Manbar ji the owner of the hotel is very polite, humble and responsive. He always helped us with whatever was needed. Pros Value for money price Excellent location Easy check in, check out Friendly owner Clean and hygienic rooms Room with decent view (by mall road standards given it's not a scenic view market) Cons Toilets on lines of a 2-star hotel Rooms are not noise roof Staff can be more cooperative Views not as good as in places like Vashist No food facility (but various shops in nearby market)

I recently stayed at Hotel Snow Mountain during our trip to manali. The location was perfect,only 1.5 km from private bus stand. The rooms were clean and cozy , we stayed for 3 nights. Mr. Rana is incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home the moment we arrived .. He went above and beyond to ensure we have everything we needed from suggesting places to arranging car and scooty make our trip hasle free.. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Snow Mountain to anyone looking for pleasent , comfortable and friendly stay in Manali ..
