FabHotel Shandela - Hotel in Near Mall Road, Manali

The staff acting like they care for you but they just waiting for payment. Service is poorest in my life I ll never recommend anyone this hotel. Though I informed early checkout they didn't send staff to carry luggage. I have to carry it by myself from 5th floor of the hotel. Food was very oily and seems like artificial flavors we hardly took bites from it. Don't waste your money in this hotel.

Budgeted Hotel, very near to mall road, free parking and Food is good. Hotel staff is very humble and service is very good.

Very bad experience , pathetic service. Washroom not upto the mark toilet jet was not working properly we had informed this in the evening but till next morning there was no one for help .Hotel receptionist informed us that we cannot do anything for now plumber is not available. For double occupancy only one towel is given.only one pair of slippers was given that too after multiple reminder’s. Checkout was also not smooth.

It was third class hotel, toilets was not cleaned,get smelling to bed sheet.old furniture,rooms not freshed, toilet commod cover not fixed , property is in conjusted location, we can easily lean out of other property
