Worst service ,don’t visit here coz of prices ,I repeat don’t .Even the manager here is rude and their service is so so bad.And the washerooms are ewww,soo much leakage.Dont visit i repeat.

•Located very near to Mall road •Charges of per room is 3500 •It is the perfect place if you want the best view of mountains from your room . •Snow are clearly visible from the balcony • Stayed here for 2 -3 days . • they also provide fooding • they also have cab services available and cost around 4000 rupees from Mall road to Rohtang pass atal tunnel Up & down .

The hotel is located in model town, just near the Buddhist monastery. The rooms we got were quite big with separate balcony. Bathroom is also quite spacious. But there were some issues like...door of balcony was not allowed to be opened at night , TV's were not working properly (and they did not attend after several requests),our driver also warned us not to stay in this hotel with family, and so on. Overall the rooms were good, which we got at a reasonable price after lot of bargaining. But their service was very bad and attitude was not professional.

Very bad experience there staff very bad behaviour using abusing don't go with your family. They don't know how to behave with ladies very very very bad experience just don't stay here they are scammer ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

i travelled manali in march alongwith my wife. we had booked a honeymoon room in the hotel. i am very happy with all the services we received at the hotel like the welcome drink, a bunch of chocolates and juices, the breakfast and dinner was made due to our taste preference. everything including the sightseeing was very well managed by the hotel staff. i thank tripadvisor and the hotel staff for such a great experience

We (stayed in this hotel for just one night. The room was offered to us at INR 4000 (!!) per night. But after bargaining, we got it for INR 2500 per night. They collected the room rent during check-in itself (this proved to be a big mistake from our side). Definitely the dirtiest room we've ever stayed in. The white bedsheets were yellow in colour and you could tell that it had not been washed after checkout by previous occupants. In the room, they provided us with a glass full of cigarette butts and ash which was stinking. The blankets were stinking as well. There was no mug, jet or bidet in the bathroom so we went to the reception to ask for a mug. To this, we got a reply that they have run out of mugs and offered a glass instead. They offered us a drinking water glass for washing our butts! After a lot of argument, they sent a guy to market to get a mug. The intercom was not working. There was no TV in our room. No hot water supply. There were frequent power cuts and the hotel has absolutely no power backup.||On top of all this, the reception guy was extremely rude to us. He used abusive language and was quite willing to throw up a physical assault. The problem started when this guy started asking for next day's room rent because we were checking out half an hour late. To this, I complained about everything wrong with their room and in return, he started shouting on us "Why are you complaining in front of other guests?". He happened to have some people looking for rooms at that time. But why am I even supposed to care? Anyway, after a heated argument that was on the brink of turning into an assault, we left without paying anything extra.||All of this pretty much spoiled our stay in Manali. Now I think not beating up the crap out of the reception guy was a mistake. Stay away from this place if you have even minimal hygiene standards and self respect. We were a group of college students staying in cheap places all the time but never had seen a room that pathetic at that price. Extreme!

Whenever i go to manali i always choose to stay here because of their service and rooms .
