I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel J J Regency, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The food was truly exceptional - delicious, fresh, and presented with love. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we checked in, we felt at home. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. But what truly made our stay special was the incredible service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was a highlight of our stay - every meal was a culinary delight! The chef's attention to detail and passion for cooking shone through in every dish. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel J J Regency for its excellent food, outstanding staff, and comfortable stay. We can't wait to return! Highly cooperative staff, good location, room lacks basic amenities, parking is very limited, soiled linens, highly over-priced, no elevator. 1. Location: 4/5 It's around 600 metres from Mall road and hardly 100 metres from Hidimba Temple stairs. 2. Room: 1/5 They don't have electric kettle which is a necessity in winters. We had an experience where for 1 of the days on our stay, hot water in washroom wasn't available. Usually that's not a regular problem. Room on third floor offers view of the mountain. Blanket covers had vegetable stains, pillow covers were dirty. However , they replaced them on request. There's no elevator so you will have to climb up to the third floor. Room size is large. It opens to a balcony which is shared across all the rooms on the floor. Washroom size is good. 3. Food: 2/5 Food is very average. They don't have coffee. Even the most decent hotels in hills usually offer good North Indian food. Here, the vegetables lacked taste, chapatis were not good. Cutlery was more like hostel rather than hotel. 4. Staff: 4/5 They are quite cooperative. We could call the reception for issues like hot water or housekeeping or changing the pillow cover and they cooperated with us. We had to checkout little early and our car got stuck in the parking. They didn't mind waking up early and get the issues sorted. 5. Parking: 1/5 It's a big challenge here.

This is very near to Hadimba Temple and very near & walkable distance to Mall Road. This place gives you an access to great Mountain View. The food is serviced great, I booked via Goibibo with Breakfast and Dinner including. This is very budget friendly and I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very unhiginenic,the bed sheet and blankets are very smelly the staff is very late in responding to coustomer's problems and the pipes of comode are leaking.This was my worst experience in a hotel and ruined a day of my trip

Giving it five stars because my stay was great at this hotel. Pros: 1. The rooms are large so no issue with keeping luggages. 2. Rooms have amazing views. We stayed at room 205 and it had beautiful view on 2 sides. 3. Food at hotel was good and was served on time. Cons: 1. Its about 1 km uphill walk from mall road but transport is always available. 2. Common balcony for all rooms. As we were family occupying four rooms so this was an advantage for us, but some may find it problematic as others can roam around.

Location: very near to Hidimba Temple. You can visit Mall Road and Hidimba Temple by walking from this Hotel. Room: My Room no. was 105 and it has 3 side Snow view. Price: 1000/Rs- 1500/Rs depends on season. Food: dinner and Breakfast also available by call. Parking: Available for both car and bike.

Yr.. They have best food to serve.. Ghar jaisa khana hai.. But they should change their blankets. We got for 1500 breakfast and dinner which was toooo tasty. Satish bhai is really good. Location bi achi hai.. Satisfied with this price.
