Hotel Moorang

Here to everyone, I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone at all. Worst ever hotel experience. We asked them for the room heater and water heater but they intentionally switched off the main plugs and was asking for more money for each and every time of the washroom use and hotel room use. During the washroom use also, they intentionally switched off all the lights. The staff behaviour was worst and there were stains all over the bedsheets, pillow sheets. There was no service at the reception at all.

Worst Hotel experience. On 2nd March 2025, we booked this hotel through Bablu Das (Friends Tour and Travels Agency). The manager's behaviour was very bad. Although we had already told them about the room heater and had cleared all the payment as the temperature was -7° but still they didn't provide us with the heater. We had a child with us. Our child got sick because of this issue. Inspite of telling them repeatedly about the geyser, they didn't provide us the geyser connection, but took the full payment from us. Everyone please kindly think before going to this Hotel especially if you have any child or any elder people accompanying you. We don't want anyone to suffer like us.

Never ever go to this hotel. They will take your full payment of room heater and water heater but will not provide you with any. They will just mentally harass you.

good hotel walking distance from Mall road appx 5-10 mins . staff helpful , well mannered. room was good with all necessary amenities . washroom neat and clean. We got this is budget as it was lean season in Manali after flood hit.

Nice hotel with decent rooms, basic amenities and own parking. The staff is responsive. Don't expect to get any mountain or river views from the rooms. You have two-wheelers rent just outside the hotel.

My wife and I visited moorang in september last. We seldom repeat destinations, however our experience here far exceeded our expectations and were keen to come back in another season. Hoping to visit again to experience moorang in another season. Keep up the good work team Shangri-La !

I’ll not recommend this hotel overall. No staff on reception while check in. Rooms are very conjusted. U won’t hav plac to walk comfortably in room. Stairs are very narrow. Blood stains on pillow and bedsheet. Very expensive. Location is not very easy, u have to locate it hardly. Only Housekeeping was very good.

Very affordable price! Clean rooms and yummy food!! The staff was truly courteous and friendly. Just 100 metres away from Mall Road make it accessible to the main market! Had a really good time!!
