Hotel Ocean Manali

Rooms we're pretty good, neat and clean staff was good in nature, the food was average not like Delhi but ok ok not too spicy, but the chicken was not cooked properly location was good but the roads are narrow you have to talk with hotel before arriving here if you're coming in your own vehicle so that you can park your car.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I booked a two-night stay at this hotel in Manali, hoping for a relaxing getaway, but it turned out to be an absolute disaster! The management here is beyond unprofessional, especially the so-called “General Manager,” who clearly lacks basic courtesy, communication skills, and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, the attitude of the GM was appalling. He was rude, dismissive, and acted as if he was doing us a favor by letting us stay at the hotel. Any genuine concern or query was met with arrogance and a complete lack of willingness to help. It’s shocking to see someone so ill-suited for a hospitality role. The hotel itself was no better. The room was poorly maintained, with dirty linens and a musty smell. Basic amenities were missing or non-functional, and when we requested assistance, it was blatantly ignored. The food was subpar, and the dining area was unhygienic. This experience completely ruined our trip to Manali. I would strongly urge anyone considering this place to steer clear. There are plenty of better options in Manali with professional staff who actually care about their guests. Save your money, time, and sanity—do not stay here!

The stay was good with limited 4 wheeler parking. But it was a good stay near Hadambi temple. Views were great roof access is a plus with mountain views around.

My stay here was extremely disappointing. They have no electricity in the rooms, no water in the bathroom, no area to park a vehicle and no staff to entertain your complaints. I stayed in this hotel with 6 family members and got two rooms booked and first thing when I entered the hotel I had to ask them to upgrade the room for which I paid extra money bcz their budget rooms have no sunlight.. forget about the view and there was no electricity and they asked me to wait bcz they have no power backup.
