Disappointing Experience Due to Unprofessional Receptionist We stayed at Hadimba Walk-In for two days and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. While the property itself is quite nice and most of the staff were helpful, the behavior of the reception manager, Durgesh Rajput, completely ruined our stay. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking to us in an inappropriate and disrespectful tone, which was unacceptable. It’s disappointing that one person’s attitude can tarnish the overall experience, as the hotel otherwise has potential. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more welcoming experience for future guests.

First of all, The Hotel location is very bad even, after 6 PM there was nothing to enjoy outside of the hotel because the hotel was located very inside. Secondly the staff of hotel was not coprative they are not even provided laundry on the 2nd day the person who was in the reception was very rude 'Tony Thakur' he was very to us & not supported. Thirdly they are taking charge for heater also 500 Rs per night extra apart from booking package. Very wrost experience we got from this hotel & staff. Never recommend this..

Unpleasant Experience Due to Unprofessional Management We stayed at Hadimba Walk-In for two days, and while the property itself is well-maintained and the majority of the staff were courteous, our experience was unfortunately marred by the behavior of the reception manager, Durgesh Rajput. His attitude was unprofessional and condescending, speaking to us in an unacceptable tone. To make matters worse, he rudely demanded that we switch rooms on the second day without any proper explanation or courtesy. It's unfortunate that such behavior from one individual can negatively impact the overall experience. I hope management addresses this issue to uphold the otherwise positive atmosphere of the hotel.

I am going to share a quick and a very honest review of our recent experience in this hotel.. 1. The room was horrible and untidy. And talking about the chairs, there was only one chair instead of two which was covered with dirt and dust. 2.The intercom telephone was also not working at all.. 3.The bathroom was below average.. 4.I was really shocked to see the entrance because it was totally opposite of what we saw in the pictures..please do not go on the pictures that has been uploaded on the website. 5. This hotel really needs to work on the people that has been handling the reception because i did not find them professional at all because there behaviour was really weird and they were very arrogant aswell while checking out too.. 6. It was totally a waste of money..i really regret it because i wasted 2 nights spending in that hotel.. 7. Speaking of the reviews, they are totally fake and has been written just to attract people and tourist..

Good was delicious, room and washroom was very clean, whole staff was very nice Overall a good experience. Do visit here whenever you visit Manali.
