Hotel Chandan

The location is good and rooms are decent with proper geysers. But the staff has a poker face with least interest. The pantry guy keeps on rushing into the room with the water jug which he could hand over easily by the door. And with the dead look on his face he'll keep on asking you to buy something from the kitchen. I asked for hot water and he gave cold one after half an hour and when I told him it's cold he said "I am not coming back up again, come down and take it." Surprisingly, he is active in the mornings because at 6-7 am he was banging on all the doors asking with the dead look "Buy my breakfast" Sounds like a snippet from The Shining but it is what it is. When I was leaving he and the owner had a creepy smile on their face and they said visit again.

Awesome place But staffs are little slow in everything View wise this place is good. Wooden floor. For a family trip this hotel is good. You can come with your family and spend quality time but you have to be patient 😉. This place is just beside the road so one doesn't have to spend time to find this place.

Visited the place in mid February with family. The hotel is situated very near to the monastery. We got rooms at very reasonable rates. Weather was very bad at that time and probably for that reason there was frequent power cut. No arrangement of generator was there.||||All the staff were very courteous and the service was very prompt. They provided us room heaters(on chargeable basis). Rooms were equipped with geysers. In the next morning we were spell bounded by the view from the balcony of the room. We were on the top floor and for that view it was worth staying.||||Food rates were very reasonable and food was very tasty also. No facility of lift is there. Foods were served at a common dining space at every floor. Overall a nice stay.

Awesome hotel being runned by helpful staff and friendly owner. Me and My friends recently stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, booked through Hotelchandanmanali.com !!!. The rooms in this Hotel are very spacious, with nice decor and a open view of snow peaks.This hotel do have heater facility. We were staying in family rooms which had 2bedrooms and a small dining area.most of the rooms in this hotel are pine view or valley view facing. Food is of great taste here. I would like to visit this hotel again and also recommend to others.

Its a very nice hotel to stay at decent price.This was a great hotel in most respects. Helpful staff who gave good advice and were able to arranged transport and local tours at reasonable rates. Rooms are so clean with all facilities..... Thank you so much to make our holidays memorable....I can say its a nice choicE...||SPECIALLY THE STAFF N MANAGER GOOD

The hotel is located right infront of Buddhist Monastery with a great roof top view. The rooms are neat and clean with all the amenities of average hotels. The food is very good and the staff is cheerful.

Stayed for two night in February 2015, and really loved it. The hotel is located in middle of the market every thing is near to the hotel . Our room was lovely with a big open space and a comfortable four poster bed. The staff were charming and efficient and food was very very nice .

Couples please stay away with this hotel, very worst service and worst food. No maintenance at all. Everywhere bad smell coming in the room. If you're coming for a pleasant stay please make sure you stay away with this bekar hotel
