Hotel Review I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and perfectly located. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, great views and great amenities. Food was also Absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot-on, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Highly recommended...

This is real review I am writing not fake one : I visited this property in Manali on 11th Jan on my birthday but the was a big mistake my experience, I booked it from Treebo app: 1) Very Bad staff behaviour of Mr Chandel (front desk manager) , he don't know how to talk to guest or a person for that matter. Rude, full of attitude and not kind at all 2) Super bad food: they say provide breakfast but it was not for human to eat ....in very bad condition, milk was not milk it was water, upma was a mistake food prepared, juice was sugar with colour n water. Worst breakfast, Another guest comments "getting street vendor food is far better than there" That day me n my friends and other 5-6 other guest fought for our right to get good food. That has horrible experience. 3) Location: location is not that great Property infrastructure is okey but they either need to change staff or train them it felt like I was dealing with overcrowded dhabha manager, who don't give a shit about you.

We stayed here for 3 days, and we had an amazing experience. The service was spot on and the in-house staff helped with room service and food. Special mention to Mr. Prakash, the manager who is a very genuine and helpful person. He helped us with local cabs booking at affordable rates and with early morning pick up from the bus stop and early check in. He also gave good suggestions of places to visit in Himachal, Uttarakhand and ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Food was good too. Recommend booking the rooms with a balcony since the view is really good, especially the sunrise view The overall experience was really good, walkable to the mall road, cabs can drop you at the door step.

A very comfortable and good hotel. Rooms are amazing and can see the view of Manali, a very good service, staff and affordable. Never miss to visit and stay in this hotel. You feel a luxurious in a handful amount. As per services provided by the hotel, it is comparatively in budget.😀😀

Overall is good. Electricity trip few times which i guess is common. What bother us is occasionally there wont be hot water at times. Cleanliness is very good. Breakfast was decent and good just limited options. Vinod was very friendly and helpful 👏

Room service and staff is too good. Decent behaviour and services on time. Especially Vijay. We want to visit this hotel again. Best things is good and safe for couples.
