Hotel Holiday Heaven Manali

I have stayed at this hotel for 3-days, mine experience was very good. Here are some pros and cons:- Pros:- 1)Near to Mall Road walking distance of 2-3mins 2)Basic all facilities available there 3)Hot mattress available 4)Clean washroom 5)Staff service and behaviour is good. 6)Food is awesome, however buffet in Breakfast and Dinner items are less but available one are tasty one. Cons:- 1)Reaching hotel by Car is little difficult one, gate is very narrow to enter for SUV. 2)Required some Mountain View type room which is unavailable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Holiday Heaven in Manali, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. There were several issues that made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing: 1. No Facilities for Drivers: The hotel does not provide any basic facilities for drivers—no bed, no food, nothing. This is highly inconvenient for travelers who come with personal drivers. 2. Frequent Power Cuts: Power cuts were a regular occurrence, and the management didn’t seem prepared to handle them effectively. 3. Unclean Rooms: The rooms were not properly cleaned, and hygiene seemed to be a low priority for the staff. 4. Unprofessional Staff: The staff members were unprofessional and showed no concern for the comfort of guests. Their attitude was indifferent, which added to the frustration. 5. No Scenic Views: Despite being in Manali, the hotel offers no scenic views, which is disappointing given the natural beauty of the area. 6. Overpriced for the Facilities: The prices are high compared to the subpar facilities provided. It does not justify the cost at all. 7. No Dental Kit: Basic amenities like a dental kit were not provided, which should be standard in any decent hotel. 8. Heater Charges: The hotel charges extra for room heaters, which is not complimentary, even in the freezing weather. Overall, my experience at this hotel was very poor, and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are far better options in Manali that offer more value for your money and a better experience.

I have stayed at this hotel for 3 days and mine experience was very good. Food was very tasty. Good hospitality. Room and bathroom was clean. Very polite staff. Hot matress. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Hotel is good with tasty food served in breakfast and evening. Staff is nice. Hotel is walkable from mall road, just 10-12 mins. But don’t expect good view from hotel as its off side no view and congested roads.

I KC LAKHARA STAYED IN HOTEL HOLIDAY HEAVEN DURING MY TOUR IN MANALI- ALL FACILITIES Like Room,Bathroom ,Luch ,Breakfast And Behaviour of Staff was execellent.I will appeal every tourist to in this Hotel.Slecial THANK TO DHANVEER , ANUP , PANKESH.

Best experience, best veg food, didn't even craved for non veg as the veg quisine was super tasty, the service was fast and the staff was humble and supportive!..pretty decent views, room services was top notch!
