Not as expected... But all the basic amenities available.. good to stay here if there is no other option... Cost is overpriced as it is near to mall road

Hotel room was good also the food and service at first, but at the time of checkout one of the guard or service staff was so rude. When we were leaving from the hotel at 4:30 morning, no one was present on the reception room neither the lights were on, also the reception door was locked from inside, probably sleeping but it's their duty to behave the same when they welcome new guests and when the guests leave. The mobile was switched off of the service staff so we had only option left to knock the door, we needed the service staff to help us carrying the luggages downstairs, the lights were turned off for the stairs it was early morning and so dark we couldn't able to see stairs, and my father was going to fall because his foot slipped on the stairs while we were going down and after coming down we knock on the door few times and one of the service staff woke up and started getting angry on us without any valid reason. He started yelling at us that "don't speak loudly, don't make noises guests are sleeping, who goes back to manali at this time, this isn't time to leave hotel and ask for service" but we had to leave early from manali to avoid traffic jams as it was a peak season. Everything was good i could give this hotel a 5 star rating but at the end they showed the bad side of themselves.

Staying at this place was an amazing experience. Hotel staff is very supportive. Room services are on point. You can enjoy your trip at peace. Overall, staying here is worth of money, coz their prices are lower compatible to other hotels and they provide very good service at such low prices.

Horrible place, avoid at all costs. Room service is pathetic and staff behaviour is arrogant to say the least. Although, the hotel is in a good location, very few guests also confirms that it is a bad place.

An okay okay expression here, staff and other members are good. Overall ratings 4 star becuase there needs to work on some things i.e bon fire, water heating, room service 24*7 and cleaniness. Please note there is no free service here. No free breakfast, laundry and no free heater use.

Negi's Shivalya this is most prominent located hotel in all of the Manali and you get the two way roads to it. One lead to Hadimba devi temple and one directs to Mall road. Place is spacious, not so privacy in deluxe rooms, also hygiene could be an issue for some travellers, no bath tubs, room heater at an additional cost. Rest all is good. Budget friendly. Go for it.

Room is quite good, food is very cheap and tasty as compare to local hotels , servicing is good. Good place to make your night relax. You will get hill view from your balcony(you may get this from every hotel)

Went with frnds, damn d hotel provided such a nice ambience. The stay was really great. The hospitality is also appreciable, enjoyed alott.🤗💗definitely gonna stay here only during my next trip too!!
