Hotel Ishaan exceeded my expectations! The location is stunning, with beautiful views of the River. The staff, were warm and helpful. My room was clean and cozy, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend

It was a really soothing and fantastic experience. The service was great and all the safety was perfectly ensured with all the facilities availed. It also had a perfect scenery around, making it a memorable one!!

Very old property with poor amenities. Receptionist was very rude.. No hot water during morning and night. When I complained about it they told us to drain out for some time.. Drained out for 2 hours, but was still ice cold. Door is in very poor and damaged condition and not at all secure. Wash room was very smelly🤢.stains all over the floor and bedsheets. Not even provided a mineral water bottle or kettle in this minus degree and they claim it as a three star hotel.. Not at all recommend.

I recently visited Manali and stayed in ishaan resort, and it was a great experience, the food quality was top notch along with the taste and the staff was very generous and cooperative. The view was the highlight of the room, it was just amazing and I would definitely recommend the hotel. Also, just to add up the rooms were well cleaned and had all the necessary amenities.

Awesome place. I will definitely come again. Clean cozy rooms with complimentary breakfast and dinner. They will also provide you with a taxi on request for sightseeing. They helped me start from pickup till drop. Mr Rajiv is such an awesome human being. Must visit.

Pathetic stay and not at all recommended. Dont believe other reviews, you have so many better options in Manali. 1. Rooms: Old rooms with tiled floor and not suitable for cold climates. The door was broken and may open in just a push, not at all secure. Bathroom condition was horrible with stains all over the floor and bathtub. The tapes are not in good working condition and hot water is available only at a certain time. That too mild warm water. The hotel claims they have 24 hours hot water, but they were fooling us. If you are going there in cold climate this hotel can ruin your entire trip. 2. Service- Zero for service. We complained about hot water and they said to drain cold water from the pipes. One guy came and opened the tape for an hour and still it was ice cold water. Just imagine using cold water in minus temperatures. We enquired in neighbouring rooms and the condition was same. 3. Food- They have a menu and you can order food in the rooms. The restaurant is non functional most of the time, only the kitchen is open and they take order for room service. If you order anything they will bring something else. They will not say anything while taking order but you get different items and not what you ordered. When you complain they say this is what we have. Again zero for service. The reception guy was so rude and behaving as if he was doing free service. Amenities are also poor. Not even a kettle in this cold climate for a 3 star hotel. 3 stars ??? Nice joke 4. The location is on the way to Hadimba temple but not walkable distance to any of the attractions. I would recommend NOT to book this hotel by seeing the photos and other reviews. We made the mistake and dont want others to fall in the same trap. This is a very old hotel with poor facilities, service and not suitable for families, couples or groups.

The rooms are so clean and location is so good. Highly recommended. It is near Hadima mata temple and mall road. The staff is also very polite and service is excellent💯

From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Cleanliness The entire hotel was spotless. My room was impeccably clean, and the bathrooms were pristine. It was evident that hygiene and cleanliness are a top priority here. Comfort The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows that ensured a great night’s sleep. The ambiance was peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Amenities The hotel offered fantastic amenities, including a stunning rooftop pool, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing spa. I especially enjoyed the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, which worked seamlessly throughout my stay. Food The food was delicious! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, catering to every palate. I also tried their in-house restaurant for dinner, and the dishes were flavorful and beautifully presented. Location The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. It was just a short walk from major attractions, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The view from the hotel was spectacular, especially during sunset. Exceptional Moments A special shout-out to the concierge, who arranged a last-minute city tour for me. Their local knowledge and recommendations made my trip even more memorable. Value for Money Considering the luxurious experience and top-notch services, the hotel offered excellent value for money. It felt like I got so much more than what I paid for. Recommendation I would highly recommend Ishaan hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers who want a blend of comfort and luxury.
