Hotel Hilltop at Mall Road Manali

Rooms were big and spacious and clean. Service is more or less good. They have an open terrace with tables placed there. They have a cute little pug who would run around with you. Very near to mall road. Bikes on rent available.

Spacious rooms with ample parking space and outdoor activities with the basic required amenities. Very near to Mall road . Visited during the off season , got a very exciting deal . Those who are traveling with family , must try this one for once .

It's the best hotel in Manali. We loved our experience. Staff is good. Rooms are clean. And environment is also fabulous. Highly recommended.

Near from Mall Road, Rooms should be more clean specially bedsheets. Food quality and quantity both are good.Overall is a nice experience.

It was one of the most horrid experiences. Booked the room through Agoda and couldn't stay put even an hour properly. The room photos are misguided, and starting from the corridor, all is dark. It gives a eerie feeling and that of being unsafe. Washroom door broken from below and washroom commode blocked. The behavior of the front desk guy was that the guests are at fault and not they....a total denial mode. I am yet to receive my refund, but the hotel simply exploits vacationers and lures them with false updates, which the booking platforms never verify. Not recommended at all!!!!!!

Good hotel to stay with family. Good hospitality and nice staffs. Mall road is nearby and accessible by walk. Special mention to our driver who is working in the hotel - Mohir Singh took us all the places we wanted to explore. Rooms are bit old but in good condition. We have booked family suite which has good snow mountain view and terrace. Thanks team hilltop for memorable stay. Will visit again. Cheers.

The hotel location is very near to Mall Road, the Manager Mohit was so helpful. Nice and affordable rooms.
