The hotel does not have toilet paper. At the reception desk, I was told that this is hotel policy and was offered to use napkins. The rooms are not very clean and need refurbishment. The room is cold and the view from the window is on the wall. I would not consider this option as a holiday. For this money you can find better quality options.

A NO! We booked on booking and the selected price was different from what they said, when we arrived. Seems they haven't found the booking message/cancel function yet or it's a scam. It's up to you to decide. The room had a strong feet smell and has seen better days. Look somewhere else.

This hotel is situated slightly uphill from the main Mall road of Manali. It's near the Hidimba Temple. The rooms were good but not the best. Geysers were there in the washroom and worked 24"7. The view from this property is awesome and when we visited this place there was no kitchen service although if you like to order any food they will arrange and will give a room service. The behaviour of the staff was nice and they were polite. To reach the property you need to hire an auto or cab from the mall road which costs around 100 bucks. Although while going downhill you can easily take a shortcut and reach the mall road by foot.

Amazing location near hill with snow❄️ view; Rooms are very clean with all facilities. The Owner is very Polite & Cooperative; Staff is very decent & caring. Food is so yummy 😋. Thanks to Alpine Hotel for making my visit memorable.

Nice place. Awesome facilities. They served good foods. Rooms are very nice. Air conditioned, gaygers also available. Nice views from the Hotel. Balcony are also available. You can spent time by seating on that balcony. Hotel is near the Historic "Hidimbadevi Temple". Hotel staffs are awesome. They are soo friendly. Solves any problems as immediately as possible for them. You can visit and take their awesome hospitality.

My experience with this hotel was wonderful, the staff was so cooperative , polite . Mr Lucky & another guy near the food counter provided the best service and view from this hotel was so amazing what an experience. I highly recommend to visit this hotel for good stay, good food & best view of Shimla.. rooms sanitised & mantained clean. Thanks for the staff.

Service was not upto the mark....rooms and balcony views are just good.faced a lot of problem with water,there is never any water available in the bathroom or Tank.Before paying them advance make sure to check bathrooms.
