Hotel River View Manali Near Mall Road

It was such a worst ever experience during our stay in this hotel booked via Booking.Com (11-Jan to 13-Jan) We were a group of 2# families with 7 pax including kids. The so called receptionist and attenders were so rude and careless. There was a power outrage and this property doesn’t have power back-up. No kettle either for a quick tea or coffee. They have a restaurant in-house who they charge a bomb for a tasteless mud, which they call as food.It was a nightmare and worst ever stay. Never recommend to any persons. Absolute disappointment !!

Hotel is located just next to a river. Rooms are ok. One can see some snow loaded hills from the room & balcony.

Loved the location of this property, very near to Mall road and also away from the crowded area. Rooms could be maintained a little well, pics are too fancy, in reality the property looks old. But we got it at a budget price, so satisfied. ✅

Worst hotel to stay in Manali, had the worst experience staying in this property. The rooms provided were not clean, there were stain marks on the bedsheets, switch plugs were broken the furniture present in the room were in bad conditions, the toilet was not cleaned properly and even the taps were broken, there was no cooperation from the hotel staff regarding all this issues, they kept on saying we would resolve these things till the evening but it was still in the same condition. Even there was no Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms, you can only use the wifi near by the reception area. Would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotels as all the people working over here are scammers and doesn't have any work ethics.

The location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the river and surrounding mountains. The rooms are big, cozy & comfortable, and the staff is warm and welcoming.we got 4 rooms on top floor and then there was terrace with the best view ,we cooked our dinner on the terrace the staff was also helping. It's the perfect place to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Manali. From Hotel, there are several nearby places you can explore.Such as Hadimba Devi Temple, Jogini waterfall, Solang Valley,Rohtang Pass, Don't forget to explore the charming streets of Old Manali as well, with its cafes, shops, and vibrant atmosphere.

I had booked two rooms through BOOKING.COM for an R&R for my staff, purely based on good reviews. The hotel soon asked me to make a DEPOSIT even though my booking had NO requirement of PrePayment. After my complaint to BOOKING.COM, they agreed. To avoid paying commission to BOOKING.COM, the owner CANCELED my booking on BOOKING.COM. I’ve taken up the matter with BOOKING.COM and hope they REMOVE this property from their listing. They’re simply not worth it.||Once my staff reached the property, the reserved rooms were never allotted to them. Instead their rooms had NO windows. The hotel wanted extra money to get the allotted rooms with windows. Since my staff’s family was travelling, the difference was minimal, I agreed to pay.||ALL the in room dining service was delivered after almost an hour of repeatedly asking and reminding the lobby.||BOOKING.COM shows they accept credit cards… this hotel DOES NOT. They’ll claim their Credit Card machine have gone for repairs. In today’s day & age.||Payment is preferred in their personal account since they are trying to avoid having to pay GST & the owner is a sole proprietor and does NOT have a current account. First the owner sent me an amount without GST. Then a picture of the canceled cheque. Blatantly illegal. Only when I insisted on a GST Invoice did he agree about sharing an invoice. Sonu is absolutely arrogant with zero abilities to “manage” anything. The owner should just FIRE Sonu and sit in this “motel” himself.||So please AVOID and do NOT even think about staying at this property. These scammers are the reason why people have such a poor view of the Indian Hospitality Industry. This turns out to be a very small street side local run down house converted to a “dorm” of the lowest category which has been overhyped online on various platforms by either purchasing reviews or having extended family & friends write good reviews. Absolutely not worth the money they charged me.|

Rooms are dirty, old and smelly. There was mold on the wall. The hotel wants you to pay 30% in advance, but if you don't like the rooms, they won't refund the money. It feels like they prey on pre-booking and pre-paying guests. Just go to a clean hotel for less money. Most reviews seem to be from a better time, bought, or not from international guests. The response of the owner isn't true, there are multiple unhappy guests and we didn't want anything for free.

Undoubtedly the hotel was great, the view from the balcony was mesmerizing. The contact person was Rahul Madan, he was very friendly and gave a great discount. We took a family suite of 2 beds and had a really comfortable stay
