Very bad hotel I say don't stay in this hotel because here room is very dirty and bed is also smelling dirty 🤮🤮🤮 and blanket cover is very dirty all bedsheets is very dirty very very dirty hotel

Bad staff behaviour, rooms were uncleaned, blanket and bed were dirty, fooding quality was soo poor, manager had no sense of talking also..

Why i gave 3 stars : 1. There is a bed to sleep. 2. There is a geyser and ac. 3. Over all 4. It's near Hari market 5. It's very close to Raghunath mandir. 6. We can also conduct them to make our custom food. Disadvantages 1. Rooms are not cleaned. There are stains on the wall. 3. There are many problems with water. Sometimes it doesn't come. Opinion: The room cost is ₹1200 per night. The hotel is affordable. And if you are staying in Jammu fore 1 or 2 days ,if u want u can book this hotel. As it's located at Hari market u can shop there and it's closer to Raghunath mandir. @ this is my opinion

This Hotel is a newly built property and very well maintained. One day we went to the hotel for stay and dinner with family. As it is a new property, the owner welcomed us very well. After serving a welcome drink, we were taken to our room , which is quite spacious. A nice and cozy bed and a spacious bathroom. We were served dinner in the room which was very good. my son enjoyed the delicacies. Moreover staff was very nice. We spend a comfortable night there. AND on top of that, the owner of the Hotel offered us a 15% discount on rental and food items. so a great weekend for my family.

Hotel is expensive for its location. Though, it has quality to compensate for it, somewhat. The rooms are quite clean and well-maintained, though they could do some improvement on second front. Room service is sloppy for the price they charge. Of the three rooms we booked, one was missing towel, while another was missing soaps. The problems are not big but together they start to become irritating, considering the sum you are paying.

The hotel was located in a good place but the service is very slow, the management forgot to fill the overhead tank which lead to our delay as while bathing the water stopped and after contacting the reception twice they then started the motor. There is electricity problem in the area which is not new but yet they don't charge their generator and our two days stay was nearly without electricity for several hours. When asked they had petite reasons and illogical answers to it. The rooms are good but the bathrooms have several problems. Flush doesn't work, the flush buttons are broken, geaser doesn't work either. It's an OK hotel but I would never recommend it. Rest the uploaded pictures and videos say the story itself.

Worst place for staying. I stayed there for 4 days and it was really bad experience I ever had in any hotel. There is no backup for power cuts plus the owner itself cuts the power supply from mains ( to save electricity bills). The manager sucks and is of no use. They promises free WiFi but that doesn't work either. Don't go for AC rooms they doesn't work they are just a show piece there!
