My stay was spectacular! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient specially Vishal and Sandeep are the quick ones for every task they have done, and the room was spotless and comfortable along with tasty food they provide. Mainly Mr Bhushan is the person with whom I was regularly connected.I must say he take care for his guests so well and try to help them as much he can. I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and great location.

The staff at Hotel Raghunath were very accomodating after my partner and I arrived at 1:30 AM due to an emergency. They are all very nice and hospitable. The food was so good too! Try to get a room on the first two floors. The rooms on the last floor aren’t as big or clean.

Maybe dont turn the power off to the AC on 30°C + heat. Having to ask for power ro be turned on as well as hot water is very annoying. Staff stood in the room prior to check out while I finished getting ready. Half dressed. Then proceeded to ask for a tip upon check out. Hotel is clean, bathroom is clean. Comfortable bed and close to bus station

Recently i visited jammu. Me and my freinds booked family room in this hotel raghunath. I could not even say this was the worst hotel i stayed in my life. When we went there atleast towels,paste, water bottles this basic things were not there. When we went for lunch they presented us on tea table that to on the floor.There is no proper service available in this hotel . Please dont book this hotel and i request the hotel staff to change the bedsheets and Please provide atleast basic things in the hotel. I am really disappointed a lot . I just stayed in this hotel please it's my sincere request dont book this hotel and dont plan to go with your family to this hotel i cant even imagine that i had stayed in such a worst place. I just wasted my money by booking this hotel as a stranger i went there on my trip but i had terrible experience there please its my sincere request to the hotel dont cheat people , they had given us oyo bedsheets which was torn atleast can'tyou change them, cant you check how the room condition is. Im requesting you please provide good service.In my life i will never ever book this hotel.successfully u just made me realized what a worst hotel can be. Hotel is located in the heart of Jammu city and is on walk distance from Shree Raghunath temple. Hotel staff was friendly and professional and room prices are also reasonable.
