Hotel staff is not cooperative they have fixed the rate and after check in they have charge more . And the behaviour of the staff is very rude water botel is not free they have charge first 1 liter water botel. But rooms are big in the size and found neat and clean

I stayed in this property for more than 10 days. A good hotel to stay in Jammu. Very near to Jammu railway station. Neat and clean bed sheets and pillow covers. Food bit costly for single person but delicious enough. Excellent staff and good customer service. You can find famous eating joints just opposite the hotel in Bahu Plaza. Noises from gym above above hotel may give you some anxious moments, but it is tolerable. Desk managers are quite smart and helpful. Overall a good hotel......

It was a very nice, safe and comfortable experience overall. The rooms were neat and tiny. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. On the whole, had a great time staying at Hotel TRG.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality room and high quality service. Best of all was the receptionist Avatar... He helped me with the last minute booking and I was amazed with his hospitality and humbleness...Avatar do reflect the true Brand of Hotel TRG Also please do go to NOX which is part of TRG it's pure love ❤

Very bad experience. The staff is very rude. Amenities are too bad, there is a gym above the hotel so rooms are so noisy. Food is too bad. Not at all worth staying in the hotel in the price range of 2500 to 3000 rupees. Please look at the rooms first before booking the hotel

We were a couple of guys on a bike trip and this was our first night half after leaving from our base. The hotel has decent rooms but the washroom required some maintenance. The washroom had a bath tub at this price point, which was surprising but it was not in a usable state. The staff and reception manager were courteous and helpful. Overall a good value for money.

This hotel is impeccable , service is good , staff is good and helpful . Especially sagar sharma , we had noise issue from gym above , our room was instantly changed and given upgrade . Better prices for room and F&B Sagar you’re a star ,highly recommend this hotel
