OYO 19788 Hotel Maruti Lodge

I had the worst experience staying here. The hotel’s behavior was unacceptable, and the conditions were far below what I expected for a paid stay. Upon arrival, I noticed the lock housing was exposed, making it easy for anyone to break into our room. The hot water supply was inconsistent, often running out during showers. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were too hard, causing neck pain. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere, and the cleaning seemed inadequate. When we asked for bed sheets to be changed, the owner’s response was dismissive, showing a lack of care for guest comfort. Overall, the hotel’s behavior and the condition of the rooms were deplorable, making this one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

Bad experience . The worst were the bathrooms and water facility they don't even provide you water bottles . Small rooms and no outdoor space and no view of the outside

My biggest mistake was staying at this hotel when I first arrived in Jammu, and I was really disappointed with the way the owner and personnel behaved. Although the room is nice, but the service is disrespectful.The staff is impolite conduct, attempting to leave the room before check-out time. 😞😠😡🤬

Nearby Katra Railway Station. Pick up & Drop service from railway station available , tour package also available to explore jammu & kashmir. If you are looking for budgetfriendly stay i would recommend this .

Flush not working, even after complaining owner doesn't fixed. Behavious was rude. Illegal service was charged on breakfast. During check out also didn't helped for luggage. Even after requesting he avoided and busy on phone. Worst experience, never ever stay here. Lodge next to it is preferrable.

Baddest hotel in jammu. Poor service and arrogant behavior from manager. The condition of the room is not very good. The door does not fit inside. The bathroom door does not close properly. The tape in the bathroom is broken. The geyser is not working properly. Minus ratting for him.

it was a okeyish experience. it is not so costly, also has wifi connectivity but gives a not so good room although the bath room is very good and clean. this hotel is very close to the Jammu train statiom
