Very bad experience Not recommended Firstly, the manager is rude and there are bed worms and Manager was refusing that there are worms. Secondly,the bed sheets , matress and pillow are very dirty . In conclusion that not to stay in thi hotel

WORST hotel in Jammu. The manager is very rude. Rooms are also dirty and smelly. Geyser is completely in all rooms not working. In one room for two people or more they will provide only a SINGLE towel. This particular hotel has its own rules and regulations. The TOILET flush is not working. SHOWER is not working.

Rooms are pathetic... Charges are too high .. wifi sirf naam ka hai no speed at all... Toilets are not good ... Geyser not working .... Please avoid this hotel.. and most important they accept only cash ...online mode not available so be carefull

The hotel is situated near Jammu Tawi railway station. A friend of mine recommended us this hotel to us. We were 7 people and needed a bigger or family type of room(s). Our preference was a bigger room with ample beds where we all could stay together. The hotel rightly fulfilled our need. They gave us two big rooms with two double beds in each room with attached bath. The rooms were neat and clean and looked beautiful. After a little bit of bargaining they even reduced the price. It was a great deal at the price we had agreed. Very reasonable and affordable. The room service was quick and service staff was couterous. The food was though not upto the mark. The hotel does not have a separate restuarant but room service is available. The market was near by and also ISBT and railway station. They also allowed us to keep our luggage even after the check out till our train departure and meanwhile we explored Jammu without the burden of luggage. This hotel can be a good option for people on budget.

EXTREMELY HYGIENIC and CONVENIENT. We were 10 family member and there's availablity of a big family room with 4 double beds, very compatible to our needs. Food and location were excellent. Walking distance from Jammu Tavi railway station. Paid tour service also available. Staff was also very diligent to our requirements. Overall experience was satisfactory.

Awesome stay, quick and fabulous service, polite staff, quite place, walking distance from jammu tawi railway station (better to go on-foot), convenience stores nearby, ATM nearby. Only cash payment is just the drawback. Good food and fast service. Clean and big rooms, both 3-bed and 2-bed rooms available.
