Hotel Maha Shakti Divine

It's better to stay at road side than staying here. One of the worst hotel experience I get. Worst hospitality. They misbehave with guest , charges extra money after checking, and if u r not local then never checking there.

This is my worst hotel experience in my entire life Staying on road is better than staying in this hotel. The rooms and washrooms are very dirty I dont have any options at that time thats why i booked this hotel If you stayed 1 more hr then they will demand full day money The staffs are pathetic, rude.

Wrist experience in my life i have ever gained . they only think about how to take payment from the customer don't think about the service or customer experience .whole staff of the hotels say different things to you they don't have any common answer and the worst driver of the hotel while dropping you at the location he say different things to you and at the time of pickup they change the location of pickup and ask you to come the location and the wrost part is they didn't even bother you to call you for pickup and don't answer your call properly , at the last they say it is your mistake . the wrist staff i have ever meet if you are coming from vaishnodevi after competing your yatra it is common sense that you will not eat onion whenever you didn't reach your house but it is also customer mistake that they didn't tell the hotel staff that " i can not eat onion " i just don't get the point why are you guys open the hotels for vaishnodevi visitors if you don't have proper knowledge and if you ask about the service their whole staff is arrogent and don't ready to accept the mistake, every customer can understand that mistake can be happened but again and again and they are even not ready to accept the mistake and at the end if you said them your service is worst they didn't say you okk mam we will try to give better service but they said okk you are right and that's it . From beginning to end worst experience. I want to give 0 rating for the staff .

The hotel is quite near katra bus stand so you can easily access to it. They also provide taxi service to visit mata vaishno devi dham. If you are travelling with senior citizens, before booking do confirm that the room is on ground floor.

rooms are nice and fair priced. They will give u free Omni van from hotel to maa vaishno devi entrance gate and back to hotel and railway station or bus stand where u want to go.

Good ! Best budget hotel to stay in Katra the provide all the services. Pick & drop to helipad and banganga and food is amazing. staff behaviour was good... And the view from this hotel is awesome..

The location of hotel is Little off beat...but this us not the problem... Dirty rooms,dirty bed sheet... casual behaviour of staff...not worth for money...
