NillI was disappointed with the service quality during my recent stay at this hotel. The amenities were limited, and I found it necessary to visit the reception desk for even the most basic requests. Unfortunately, the breakfast and food options were also underwhelming. While the hotel may suffice for guests seeking only a place to rest, I believe the room rate of ₹1000 is excessive considering the limited services provided. A more reasonable rate would be around ₹400.

NillBakwas hotel no cleaning, we are ther last week five days no one is come at room for cleaning ,No extra mattress provide ,we have group booking of 4 rooms they give only 3 room saying we are full no room available,our team members went to vaishnudevi derson and room key was taken with them we reached at hotel and they expected 5 hrs letter we have asked hotel team to open the door with master key but they say we don't have master key we have waited 5 hrs at recaption??.all staff are speaks like they are doing faver on us given room to us at hotel Check out time 11 o'clock they switched off light at 11 o'clock sharp we request will leaving 1 o'clock but they refused saying room has to vacant by 11 they expected guests but no buddy Checkin till 2:00pm,Not helping for shift luggage we have done own Avoid to go at this hotel

NillUnfortunately to say. We had a very bad experience visting this place. We were robbed from our hotel rooms and took 40K cash from our bags. We didn't even receive any support from The Manager and Hotel staff. It's was so sad to experience this at the first day of the trip. Services = 0 Security = 0 Responsibility = 0 Safety = 0 We would have given "0" star but here we need to give them atleast "1" star. I hope Mata ji will give them some senses and help them to understand morality.

NillIt was booked through agoda and paid advance for the same but the hotel cancelled our booking and not helped and said talk to agoda and we will not give you rooms. Agoda Customer care service was also worst. Then I booked the room for ₹1600 but earlier it was booked of ₹517. After checking we found phone not working, rooms were not cleaned, bathroom was pathetic, TV not working, switched board were broken, everthing was worst, don't go in this property. Only food was good otherwise I will give -100 out of 10. Pathetic experience

NillIf I could give it a 0 star I would. Hotel is in dire need or a renovation, my bed had literal stains on them, there were bug beds. The bathroom was not usable ansd the hot water did not work. The internet was barely working and the food was unedible. The AC also smelled like fumes. Anything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. The staff were helpful at least

NillRooms are big but bathroom condition is very poor. Lift not working. If you book online then rooms will be given in upper floor. Staff is not friendly.no working phone is available in the hotel.intercomb also not working.no complementary food provided by the hotel but it is mentioned when you book room.

NillBoycott Hotel OYO 5667 Katra Continental . The hotel manager was very cheap and indisciplined. He was not having manners or atticates to deal with the Guests for the booked Hotel. He hasn't listened anything and said ue booking is cancelled but the booking was still active and we were waiting outside for 1 hour and have paid double amount to book another offline hotel. Very bad experience with you. Shameful and worst hotel staff.

★★★Property looks good from outside, but in comparison to outside looks inside is poorer. Reception staff doesn't provide a warm welcome & needs training how to welcome guests. Rooms are not cleaned & specially dustbin are very dirty & not cleaned. Bed linens are not standard & TV's are very old. Service is very poor & their restaurant doesn't have variety of options of veg food.. Limited menu & restaurant is not cleaned & maintained properly. They doesn't provide pickup & drop service to the location from where people start their journey to the Vaishno Devi temple. They doesn't provide info properly about the temple visit & they doesn't have any interest.,as if they are not concerned.
