Hotel Ambassador Katra

Best hotel for family near Katra railway station. Stayed with my family. Located just at a walking distance from railway station, rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and service is up to the mark. The price of the room was also reasonable. They have their own restaurant and shops in the basement, which is a plus point. The staff is also very supportive and friendly. If you are looking for a best hotel near railway station while you visit Vaishno Devi, you can definitely consider Hotel Ambassador!!

Hotel is located very near to Katra Railway station. Staff is polite and professional. Neat and clean rooms with a good view. Food is tasty. Lift facility is also available. Nice hotel with all basic amenities. Around 1.5 kms from yatra point. Autos are easily available from outside hotel.

We liked the rates of Hotel Ambassador very much. The rates here are low I thank the owner and Manager Rajat Sharma of the hotel with love for providing us with very good food and clean rooms and even the staff was very nice and their management is very good. I would like to say to all the devotees that you must stay at Hotel Ambassador once and enjoy it here. If ever you go to visit Mata Vaishno Devi, stay in their hotel only. Thank you, Jai Mata Di.

Whenever I came to SMVD katra i only prefer to stayed in this hotel because there hospitality very good, they can guide you for your trip . Hotel is nearby katra railway station and helypad katra having droping and pickup facilities Coming to hotel rooms very neat and clean Last time i stayed for two days and they arrange me transport facility to patnitop in very favourable price. I was impressed by all of staff within the hotel feels like a home. Thanks to hotel management for such a wonderful experience.. If you planning to come SMVD katra i strongly recommend you to once stayed in This hotel and you will find that why I am using HOME word again and again.. Hotels is very BAD, staff is very rude, Rooms are filthy, smelly, bedsheets are not changed from the previous guest, they dirty, stained, girthy pillows, unit head is least bothered about the services but is always involved with the touts around the hotel. He clearly gives a message we are in demand in season, take it or check out.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is on the station road and just 10 mins walking distance from the Railway Station. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed the stay very much. The room was spacious and the wash room was equipped with quality fittings. They have a good lobby with enough space. The dining hall was in the basement and was large enough. The was well maintained with every corner of it was neat and clean.

"Infamous Hotel in Katra" I visited this Hotel in February, while I was in Bathroom the Hotel staff came for Room Service, After that my "Earbuds 2 (Samsung) "went missing , I called owner and the staff , And they were like We don't know about your earbuds . I have visited Katra for like 18 times this has not happened anything like in those times , This time I visited It was a peak time, "Unfortunately" We Book this hotel , And for me it was the last time Seeing this hotel on Google and Reviewing It "Be cautious before doing any reservations in this hotel"
