This time our stay was in Hotel Shakti residency. Staff : polite and cooperative (5/5) Rooms : Neat and clean , Ac & Non ac both available (4/5) Bathrooms : clean & hygiene maintained (3.8/5) , geyser available (limited hours) Room service : available during limited hours Location : accessible to main bazaar, walkable from Banganga check post (1kms) Budget : pocket friendly based on facilities

Polite and well behaved management. Room service is good. Lift available. Parking available. Pick and drop service for hotel is available. Heaters are not available in the rooms. Hot water facility is available. Rooms are neat and clean. As i was with my family it was a pleasant stay for me.

Excellent.... Very nice nice hotel and fast service is free wifi available & hot water or ac & non AC rooms restorent open Rooms services (hotel near Shalimar park chintamani main gate banganga 500m (jai Mata di ) all friends

I request trips visor not to book this hotel. I checked in as on 18 Mar 2014 & i booked hotel for 3 days two nights. when i slept on 19 Mar 2014 by 12 in night all was good but when i woke up by 8:am on 20 Mar 2014 i found that some of their waiter have stole my purse ( with cash 8000) & my bag containing cloths from the room. I reached to the reception they assured me to show show CC TV camera recording within 30 minutes but i did for them whole day but they didn’t show me any CC Tv recording. However instead of saying sorry & compensating me the hotel staff & receptionist threat us allot & said if we will make a police complaint they will not allow us to go back Delhi. However being a normal civilized citizen I preferred to come back.Hotel peron also said that they are running Daily circulating News paper in Katra & if we will make nose they will send us use force on us.However being a normal civilized citizen I preferred to come back

This Hotel at Vaishno Devi Katra is not my place to stay when I go every year to have darshan of Maa Vaishno Devi. This time i reached late so in emergency i stayed here.The location is good not far from the market and you easily get auto rickshaw to any corner of city.Rooms are not very clean. I had a problem with heater and hot water.Room service is good,staff is helpful but not trained..As i go there every year i wili not choose this hotel for a stay.

1. Very Arrogant staff 2. Very Poor Food Quality and Variety 3. Poor Hot Water Facility 4. No Wi-Fi Availability in Rooms 5. Very Expensive with respect to their Services

Very nice hotel with perfect service and reasonable prices,surrounded with best dhabas and provides free wifi
